  I bought a chilly dog combo this time but after they put the chilly n cheese on it they put it in the microwave and when it came out all the chilly n cheese was melted not good. Plz change the way you do this

  Sonic - always consistently good fast food. From order to car is quick. Atmosphere is great as my car was clean! Plus, I find fast food restaurants do not add to the appeal of the food.

  This place has only gotten worse over the last few years we've been going here. I wish I was exaggerating when I say that EVERY SINGLE ORDER we've made here for the last several months has been wrong and needed to be redone. The prices have also far exceeded what this place sells and is no longer worth it. Whoever is running the place right now is going to kill someone as multiple times we've ordered slushies but they don't clean out the blender and have had resees bits in our slush. Ew. Weirdest thing was a half eaten mint in our bag. No sane person does or allows these things. Trying to order through the screen with the people inside is like pulling teeth, it's like they're trying to play who can be the most incompetent. Something drastic needs to change. Manager/owner needs fired and some of the teenagers need replaced. I know it's a fast food place but holy cow this is sad how far it's fallen.

  Over the last 2 weeks they have messed up orders for us 5 times. Today was the last time I will let them do it as I do not trust the cleanliness any longer. They have had their FB reviews turned off since 2021 it seems so I could not post a review there. Got a blue coconut cream slush today, looked fine with the lid on but didn't look mixed, open the lid to mix it myself and found a bunch of little brown specks in it. Called the server back to the stall and she said it was because the last person didn't clean the mixer after mixing a Reese's ice cream shake. So if I had a peanut allergy and didn't open the lid to see the specks then what? Considering, as I said, this was the 5th mess up in 2 weeks time, I will no longer be eating here. If their new location is owned and ran by the same people and employees then it won't take long for this to happen there too. The employees are mostly very nice and will remake things if you ask them to but I don't trust even what is remade anymore. No thank you!
