  Out of 22 cheese sticks 4 of them had cheese in them. Not sure what happened but bought drinks which were good and cheese sticks, 4 snacks (4 each), and 1- 6 piece and only 4 of them actually had cheese inside of them. Had already drove away or would of said something.

  Food was standard. We ordered through the app and pulled into a space. Waited over 40 minutes for our food and there were only a few other cars here so not super busy. No way to get in touch with them unless we leave the space and get in the drive through line which was also not being serviced. If we didn’t already pay for our food we would have left.

  Ordered today after church and gave a good tip. Got home with our food, everything but the drink was incorrect. I ordered a regular hotdog, got an extra long coney; ordered a hamburger meal plan with ketchup and tots, got a hamburger with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes and fries. Absolutely disgusted and frustrated. Attempted several times to call and speak to manager and no one answered the phone. NO ONE!! How is that possible? The outside looked dirty and not well kept, guess that should have been my first sign🤦🏼‍♀️ I will never go back or recommend this Sonic to ANYONE!!

  This location has continued its steep descent into oblivion. Please take a look at the attached photos. My hot dog is completely charred to blackness. It’s inedible. All 12 inches of it. $10. How is this even possible given the great expertise and experience possessed in the kitchen? More than half of the parking stalls have no ordering computer or one that is broken. The seating area also has a broken computer and is generally gross. This business has completely lost the plot.

  I love-d sonic but this is a nightmare. We waited a half hour for our food. Finally called and asked where it was-“it’s on its way out” showed up cold. Freezing. $36. The bathrooms were so dirty. Feces covered the back of the seat. The sign for daily cleaning hadn’t been filled out and had a rev from 2024. Clearing someone isn’t being audited by corporate. Skip it.
