Ordered on the app. Waited in the spot for around 30 minutes. Pressed the button and it showed on the screen that someone was not their way with our order. It never showed up and the app marked it as delivered. Tried pressing the button 2 more times and didn’t receive a reply until the third attempt. Also tried calling the store several times with no answer.

Usually ok , but tonight I waited over 10 mins at a car stall ringing the button to no answer, so I pull to the drive through and wait another 15 mins before I can even place an order , not super busy either literally just insanely slow. I get slower service a lot here but Jesus this is insane .

Third time in last 14 days. First time no one maning drive thru. Waited 10 min. No response. Cars pull off. Sec I nd time drive thru super slow but at least order taken. Today May 6 2026 drive thru order taken small chocolate shake. Literally NO ONE in line no one on p asking lot. 20 minutes to get my shake. Charged $4.93 @330p. Faster and cheaper to go to @Wendys.com.

Staff regularly lies about being out of eggs to avoid cooking menu items they don't like cooking. This information comes from an employee who said "I'm tired of all of the lazy employees here"... More drama than I need from a sonic

Stopped by for lunch on a tight schedule and had a frustrating experience. After about 10 minutes in the drive‑through with no visible line and no movement, I pulled into a stall. Pressed the button and waited over 5 minutes with no response, then tried another spot and waited another 5+ minutes before I could finally place an order.
In total, it took roughly 25 minutes just to take my order. Service did seem to pick up later, possibly when another employee arrived, but it wasn’t workable for a quick lunch stop.
