  The service here is terrible. They were so mean and didn’t even greet us when we walked in the door. They said they do not have enough bread to make a single sandwich for us and then proceeded to kick us out and wait 45 minutes if we want an item with bread. I do not recommend this place and I was looking forward to Jimmy Johns this is why the Des peres one is better.

  They were SO rude, they kicked us out because me and 3 girls didn’t all order something but 2 did? I thought it was so rude of them and TERRIBLE service we ended up not ordering and walking out. Please work on your customer service, the girl had tattoos, black hair in a bun. Don’t tip her.

  sandwiches are great, interior is clean. the only negative is when I order a pickup, they’re super defensive about “showing a name”. i’ve walked in without my phone for an app pickup and been told to grab my phone because they “can’t risk it”. I understand to an extent that people may steal orders, but it really makes you feel like a criminal for no reason… lol
