  I can't believe how regularly I get spoiled milk from here. I avoid the Fresh Thyme branded stuff at all costs but even Prairie Farms is bad sometimes. I live nearby so this is the most convenient store in a pinch and that's the only reason I take my chances. Is it bad most of the time? No. But it's often enough that I felt the need to make a review. Maybe lower the temperature on your refrigerator or something. Otherwise the store is cute and I enjoy shopping here.

  Ordering at the deli typically takes 15+ minutes until the order is ready. Makes it really inconvenient when you just want to grab a couple items

  CRYSTAL MY CASHIER AND KYLEAH AT THE DELI WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. I STRUGGLE TO GET OUT SOMETIMES AT 74 SO I APPRECIATE FRIENDLY SERVICE. ITS A GOOD STORE ITS JUST THAT THESE EMPLOYEES NEED TO GO. THANKS IN ADVANCE NANCY CAROL

  We looooove Fresh Thyme! It’s so clean and very spacious as well. The prices are high but so worth it :)

  I had a very disappointing experience at Fresh Thyme in Kirkwood, Missouri. During my visit, I felt like I was being watched and followed around ( white lady by the vitamins) the store in a way that made me feel singled out. Whether intentional or not, it gave me the impression of subtle racial profiling, and it made my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable. The behavior from some of the staff black cashier (Crystal) came across as unprofessional, sarcastic, and unwelcoming. The only positive part of my visit was another Black cashier (who was working the self checkout section she had braids, who was kind, respectful, and provided a smile. I truly appreciated her professionalism. Unfortunately, the overall experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning. Everyone deserves to shop without feeling judged or treated differently.
