Today I walked in and was greeted by a face I had not seen before and I started my order with a burrito, both rices, both beans. Normally I go veggie but I wanted the protein and told him I wanted chicken. I watched him pick up a full scoop put half on and then put the rest back. When I asked him if thats all the chicken he informed me I could pay for a double scoop in the most rude undermining tone. I then told him im alright and walked out. In my years of coming to this awsome location i have never been so beyond upset with the service and attitude. Whoever the guy that did beans, rice and meat today at 3:00 should be put back of house or fired. Beyond unacceptable. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent somewhere that I know has given me quality service and portions feels like a spit in the face.
