  Waitress at this location was trained to put in rewards number AFTER running your card. This means any reward you had is now gone and you will be charged for the item you had earned to have for free. Would not take my number before, insisted that it needed to be done after she had my card to run. Very difficult to see this as a mistake when she said it was policy.

  Although our server was amazing, there were three gentlemen seated before us who waited around 30 minutes before anyone came to take their drink order. I understand this restaurant can be on the slower side—I’ve been here multiple times when it wasn’t busy—but you’re a sports bar, and last night was incredibly busy. It really felt like the restaurant wasn’t prepared for the crowd. You guys seriously need a better system in place because it was pretty chaotic. The service from our server was great, but the overall experience could have been much better.

  I get there was a world cup game going on but holy cow ur a sports bar you should have a system in place for these types of night. we didn’t get our food for 2 hours.. the entire game had passed before we got our food. the receipts were messed up, drinks were barely refilled, we were told “food will be out soon” 3-4 times. you’re a sports bar. put a system in place. you’re literally made for these types of nights. insane dude. and we weren’t the only ones. multiple people were waiting, multiple people were complaining about messed up receipts. our waitress also disappeared for a hot minute literally had to get a manager to refill our drinks. never had an experience like this at other sports bars and bdubs. also one of our friends didn’t even get his food.. someone took it and gave it to another table. ridiculous. edit: found out my friend got stopped on the way because they claimed i didn’t pay for my food.. my boyfriend gave them his card for both our checks and then we left.. but the waitress wasn’t paying attention to anything…

  Ordered my food online at 730, was supposed to be ready at 830, it's now 9:09 and it's not ready. the host said 20 minutes when I got there at 820. The host keeps saying they're short staffed but there's a World cup game on, which means you should plan better. Waste of time,

  Would leave zero stars if possible. Arrived to an empty restaurant at 8:20 PM for a party of 3. Was seated immediately, was told by the waitress to “give her a minute” FOUR times. No drink orders even placed. There are multiple waitresses working, which is the hilarious part, but nobody seemed to care to help us. Got up and left after 30 minutes of waiting. Taking my business to somewhere I am respected. Absolutely unacceptable.
