  I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location. Employees are always smiling and professional. Service is quick and products are made with love and of high quality. I will remain a 7 brew customer. My favorite coffee shop by far.

  I am a frequent flyer at this location and always have a great experience. The line can get quite hectic at different times of the day, but the staff does a great job moving people through and keeping it a positive experience!

  Passed this place on Mother’s Day and there was an extreme line, so far that it backed all the way onto Kirkwood rd. We decided that when there was no line the next morning, to stop by and see what the hype was all about. Let me tell you, McDonald’s has better coffee drinks. This coffee was weird it tasted awful, like fake coffee. We asked for sugar free vanilla and the drink was still sweet and oddly syrupy for a sugar free vanilla latte. I have no clue what the hype is about but from what I saw they use flavored syrupy stuff. This has to be an internet hyped TikTok invention. It is NOT good and not worth the crazy lines. People are nuts to sit in the lines to get a disgusting sugary syrupy drink. We are truly living in idiocracy world now and if you don’t know the movie you absolutely must watch, you will understand.

  I LOVE this place! The people are so nice and friendly, very gentle, plus fast service! (Just be careful with the Mother’s Day rush…🙃) But otherwise, this place is phenomenal with so many drink options plus you can add on to them and even make your own! I love taking my daughter here with me it’s like our little weekend treat. I can’t wait for even more special moments with her at 7brew!

  I'm sick and tired of your staff treating us like we are an inconvenience. We are nothing more than normal traffic with basic orders. I've worked in the general public before, so I can see how people behave, we always go the extra mile to be neutral and well behaved in any service environment, but I guess that just does not matter. I have excused it a lot before, I understand this kind of work can be tiresome or frustrating at times, but with that in mind I am not your personal punching bag for when you have a bad day. I regret tipping the person who took our order, I regret not having stood up for us when we are treated like this, I regret having to vent this frustration on a Google review. But I will not regret taking our money to your competitors moving forward. Go Bankrupt.
