The only reason this place gets away with calling itself a Jimmy John's is because its the only location within an hours drive at least. Went there on a Sunday, there was a couple just checking out. I ordered immediately and it was almost 20 mins before I left. There was one young kid going slow as molasses who looked new. An older lady walking around doing nothing to help but ring up customers and distracting the kid making sandwiches telling him stories about some girl who drank the pickle juice there. At one point I walk over to the register and she asks me if I needed anything else. 'Um yeah the sandwiches I ordered 15 mins ago.' For over 10 minutes there was not a single new customer and the older lady didn't once lift a finger to help that kid get customers and orders out the door. Got home, asked for no cheese, gave me cheese. The owner of this place should take a drive anywhere to Illinois where I live and watch how you're in and out in 5 mins no matter how busy they are. No real competition makes resturant owners lazy with how they run things and this is a prime example of that.

I don’t know what happened to customer service. When I received my delivery order and an item was missing I called the store to let them know. I was made to feel as if I was trying to “pull one over” on them. Been a customer for years. Always tip well for delivery. Sadly, you’ve lost a customer over a $1.40 order of cucumber slices. Hope it was worth it to your bottom line.

Food was tampered with by employees. Meat on sandwiche had been soaked in something that taste horrible and made it very wet. Service was strange as if they were talking about us or maybe makeing fun of the handicap child behind me. Idk very bad vides. The atmosphere was the same whispers and giggles. Mainly the short redhead girl and the red head guy with flames on his arm. That's just my honest take on the place and a couple of employees. This has has happened more then once. But this time im would like to share my personal experience. Thanks and have a nice day! I really hope you the owner will.look into this. Me and my kids like eating there, it really sucks that a couple of people I dont even know have to mess that up for all of us.

Something has happened recently where it's taking absolutely ages for orders to arrive. When you enter the store, staff are playing games at the table while orders need taken and made. I placed an order an hour ago, which has yet to arrive, despite it saying that it was out for delivery 30 minutes ago. I used to really love eating here but it's such a hassle anymore.

I ordered a pickup/carryout and forgot to add provolone to one of the sandwiches. I got there before they started making my order but the guy with red hair/beard told me he can’t do anything about it. I asked him to let me pay for it for them to add it and he said they cannot do that. I asked if they could ring me up just for the provolone and give it to me to put on the sandwich at home. Nope. Also told they have no way to ring up just cheese. So the guy was unfriendly, unhelpful, and just all around not very useful. I’m pretty sure there’s a way they could’ve helped me, but they chose to do nothing to help my situation. The food is good here, but the service sucks. God forbid you make a mistake on your order. No way to fix it once you pay for it. Sounds like BS and just laziness. Thanks for nothing, Jimmy John’s.
