    I just need to keep telling myself: Arby's does roast beef right. Strayed, and ordered the beefsteak. Had chewy pieces that wouldn't chew and taisted bland. Onion was overwhelmed by the Cooper cheese. They make THE BEST roast beef out there. Order what they do best.

    Me and my mom went to eat inside today 5/4 around I’d say close to noon. It not only took us forever to even order, the lady at the counter was not being friendly with anyone. That includes the disabled people that were trying to order in front of us, she kept walking away from them without finishing their order I’m assuming because they were “taking too long”. As someone who works in the food industry this was highly embarrassing for Arby’s to allow someone like this to work for them. I understand fast food can be stressful but that is no excuse for poor attitude and food quality! I say food quality because when I went to ask for fresh fries I got met with attitude. I do not eat Arby’s very often but when I do I expect kindness with my order. I did not get employee name as she didn’t even give us our receipt! VERY DISSATISFIED

    Ants on the counter by drink fountain. Staff was great, communication, quick pace and friendly. Misty and the fry guy were killing it. 👍
