  No flavor on beef, wife ordered beef and cheddar and got beef, she told the lady what she ordered and the girl said Thats Beef, wife said but ordered beef and Cheddar. An older lady grabbed tge sandwich and threw it into trash can 5 feet away and told crew what wife wanted. Wife was very nice to lady and just wanted the Cheddar . Lol.

  Literally witnessed the manager yell at a employee in front of everyone, he said he tried to empty the trash (It was overflowing). Then a while later he walks out crying. feel bad for the kid, no boss should do that to anyone. Other than that food tasted good

  We are traveling through and decided Arby's is a safe choice. I went in to wash my hands and order food for my crew. The ladies room wasn't the worst I've ever seen, but not great. My husband came in after gassing up rig, and went into the men's room to wash his hands and told me it was disgusting. We placed our order, and the young man left off an orange cream shake that I had ordered and my beef and cheddar was loaded with a mound of beef in the center, cheese oozing out of it and no sauce. I didn't eat it. There was literally no one there but us, so there wasn't really a reason to forget how to put a sandwich together. One of my crew mentioned to the young man that the men's room needed attention and he was ignored. I spoke up and said that they had told me the men's room was pretty bad. His response: "gotcha".

  Bird poop literally CAKING their outdoor drive thru speaker. Employees were super rude when asking about an advertisement that was apparently old and no longer being served. Didn't go inside, but judging by the outside of the building and the parking lot, I didnt wanna even get out of my car. Won't be back to this Kingdom City, MO location.
