They used to be great pizza, but over the years have declined significantly. I kept going back occasionally to see if they fixed their problems, but my most recent trip was the last straw. Pizza was way undercooked, The bottom of the crust wasn’t browned at all, the crust wasn’t cooked all the way and was so floppy I could barely eat it, the cheese was barely melted. I didn’t even bother complaining this time. I just threw it away after the first piece because I’m just done with this Pizza Hut. I’ll go across the street to dominos.

I placed an online delivery order on a Friday night at 10:19 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 10:44 PM (the store closes at 11:00 PM). Unfortunately, this turned into a very frustrating experience.
We waited patiently, but at 10:58 PM, we received a call from an employee who informed us they could not deliver the order because they stop using drivers after a certain time. This was never communicated when the order was placed. Had we been notified earlier, we would have gladly chosen pickup or ordered elsewhere. Makes you wonder if the order was ever prepared.
It is confusing and disappointing that delivery is still offered online during a time when it is not actually available. If staffing or third-party delivery limitations are an issue, that should be clearly reflected in the ordering system.
The communication during the call was also unprofessional and unclear, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and poorly managed.
I would strongly recommend that others avoid placing delivery orders within the last hour of operation until these issues are addressed.
I’m sure this review will get an automated response asking me to take additional time to address the issue. Honestly, if a business is getting bad feedback, a manager should be the one reaching out or fixing the problem—not expecting customers to spend more time chasing a resolution that likely won’t happen.

My 3rd visit to the Kearney,MO location. Have not received a decent in these visits. Problems include wrong toppings., undercooked and long wait times.

Do not go here. Rude staff and they don't know what they are doing! Spent $70 and when I went to pick up my pizza they wanted $70 more!
