  **Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆** I am beyond frustrated with my experience today. I placed an online order an hour in advance specifically to ensure it would be ready on time because my son only has a 25-minute lunch window (11:25–11:50). I arrived, and I didn't walk out with my food until 11:31. A "sorry for the wait" does not fix the fact that you ruined the only time I had to eat lunch with my son. I took time off work for this, and because of this delay, the experience was completely ruined. Planning ahead clearly means nothing at this location.

  The wing group pack I ordered was supposed to come with 4 ranch. I ordered 1 extra so I would have 5. When I got the order home, there were only 3 ranch. I called the store and asked for a manager. The guy who answered said he was a manager so I explained the situation. He seemed annoyed and said to come back up with my receipt or online order and they would get me a ranch. I said I am not driving back, I would just like a refund for the parts I’m missing. He said I have to drive back so they can take a picture of the receipt then he or his GM would run it up the chain to request a refund. He said it’s not an easy process and I was better off to just come get ranch and maybe I could get a free brownie or something. When I asked for his name he laughed and said couldn’t give it to me. That he can’t just be handing out refunds and that I could be lying. Then laughed some more and hung up.

  Honey Bar B cue wings was cold, fries was cold. Coke cola was carbonated. Hot honey wings was tasteless. Im beyond mad at how these restaurants charge so much for lack luster food!!!!!

  Twice placing order online you pulling my money from my account, having no order confirmation and used two different cards having same issue. 2 Employees sent me calling to other stores as they had no order and they have had no issues with any online orders, only for me to call back to the original store the orders were placed from only to provide ZERO help. Said I had to come up to the store and pay again when the money hasn’t even been refunded to my cards yet and to place the order manually there. Will never order from your store and possibly establishment again. Manager I spoke with said there was nothing they could do. Not the experience I come to expect being a long time customer.
