I arrived at this location and Diana was ecstatic to take my order. I appreciate flor and Diana for staying open until their shift was over & having excellent service. They happily took my order and people’s behind myself. I will come to this location from here on out.

There was a sign stating that the restaurant was “Online and DoorDash Only,” “No Walk-In,” and referencing “Only Spanish Speaker.” I want to be clear: I have absolutely no problem with Spanish-speaking employees. I am an immigrant myself and I speak Spanish. My concern is that customers who only speak English appear to be unable to walk in and place an order because there is apparently no one available to assist them. My wife only speaks English. Are English-speaking customers really expected to leave the restaurant and order through an app or DoorDash simply because no employee can communicate with them in English? The sign was confusing, unprofessional, and gave the impression that walk-in customers were being denied service due to a language barrier. If there is a staffing or communication issue, management needs to address it properly—not put up a handwritten sign that potentially excludes customers. I would like an explanation from management and Wingstop corporate about whether this is actually company policy or simply something happening at this specific location. Every customer should be able to reasonably access service when walking into a restaurant open to the public.

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
