  We started coming here for lunch and it was great, loved this place. Now i would not tell anyone about this place. Do not eat here, food is greasy, small portions and just nasty. Staff is rude and place is dirty.

  There was no paper towels or toilet paper in bathroom. Called the store at least couple dozen times but no answer. When I finally got ahold of a live person with corporate, he couldnt ahold of an employee at store either. I opened the door to bathroom to ask someone for some, and was told I needed to get out before police were called like that wasn't what I was already trying to do. The guy from Corporate tho was very nice and tried to help. But I will not be returning for sure

  This is definitely one of the BEST burgers I've had and the price isn't outrageous either.

  Waited for 10-15 minutes for my burger then proceeded to tell me the special sauce I paid extra for is gone and they can add another… Gave me a refund and took the plate back.

  This is one of the best burgers in Kansas City! You have to try it if you haven't. The service was great, the order was fast, and they have a really good rewards app as well. Definitely recommended! (I would have added photos of the food but it was so good we ate it before we any!)
