  Thursday evening 8/13/2026. I placed an order through their website for pickup and when I arrived at the location they tell me they’re under new management and they can’t help me. They told me to call the number on the website and when I called it said mailbox is full. I told them I could show them I paid and if they could just honor my order. They refused. So I guess I’m just out of the money I spent.

  My wife enjoyed her tenders and fries. The Philly cheesesteak and the chicken gyro were not good. The cleanliness of this place is disgusting.

  I ordered online only to find out once I arrived that they aren't able to take online orders. Not a big deal. I just had to wait a few extra minutes because my order was big. The young woman and young man were both super nice and very professional. Will always recommend.

  The food was good and the employees were friendly. The wait for our order wasnt bad. However, the place was pretty dirty. The tables and chairs werent cleaned, you could see stuff smeared on the tables and food on the chairs. The floor were obviously dirty, needing swept and mopped.

  Ordered 12 piece dark box and had a different more an odd taste to it and it's been almost 24 hours now and still can't get more than 20 ft from the bathroom so I called the store and the girl said oh our chicken is cooked fresh and in same breath tells me they cook it every hour and last I knew ya got frozen chicken from the vendor and since they wouldn't let me speak to a manager guess I will have to get the managers attention this way never had a problem with the food ever it was cooked all the way through there wasn't.any blood or anything but my roommate and I eat the exact same thing every meal so he has been sick as well and he is almost 90 that isn't good on an old man and as for service I walked in the store a week ago to get 2 shakes took 10 minutes for the girl to come around from the back and as she is coming around the corner she is being rude to 1 of her coworkers not my idea of a good impression on the public then I asked for the 2 shakes says don't have em and walked away if this is the way your store is being run for everyone I don't see how you make any money
