    I had a very disappointing experience today. The guy at the counter with the long beard was quite rude. When I politely asked for some extra Sweet Onion Teriyaki sauce, he refused and said they only give a little bit and wouldn’t provide any extra. When customers order food—especially through deals like BOGO—we expect reasonable portions and basic service, including enough sauce to actually enjoy the meal. The attitude and lack of customer service were really frustrating. If you don’t have enough supplies to serve customers properly, that’s something the business needs to address. This experience was upsetting and definitely not what I expected. Shut your business if you want to show you’re attitude with no enough sauces in the store!

    I contacted the driver the driver contacted the guy that was preparing our order telling him what was missing from our order when we received our order our order was ice cold missing several several items from our order after we called and tell him exactly what we were missing we still didn't get it we got our sandwiches ice didn't get the right cookies didn't get our chips didn't get our drinks spend over $90 and it was messed up even after speaking to him and telling him what was missing bad service
