  evening shift never knows what they’re doing and the older lady is always the rudest even if you’re nice to her unfortunately. She refused to give me my food or my money back. called back in the morning and got told no one could help me (pretty sure it was the same older white lady). Everytime i go and she’s there she’s always very entitled to customers. I literally just want my refund. She refused to let me speak to an actual manager.
