  The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered and waited 15min. The lid on my blast wasn’t all the way on and it spilled in my car the moment I picked it up. Received cold food. Told them my fries were cold. They asked what size. I wasn’t sure since they didn’t ask. I said idk medium I guess. She responded with” you’re the one that placed the order”. Yeah, I asked for my money back and said forget it. They asked for the food back then came back out and asked for the blast. Never in my life have I experienced anything like that. Quit if you hate your job!

  Ayyyyy bull. I come here damn near every week. Whyyyy the manager in and my food still came out shitty?? Idk who that lady is but apparently she cooked my tots again and it came back cold. You got it dude🤨🤨🙄

  At this point with all these bad reviews y’all need to be shut down I ordered 8 piece French toast sticks how do you give somebody a 4 piece I know y’all know how to read and it wasn’t fresh like seriously

  I drove to Sonic from my house after checking online to see if they were open. It stated that they were in fact open. I push the button to start my oder and some rude lady told me I couldn't order. She said they were only accepting DoorDash orders. I explained to her that online it shows they are open. Then she states its different on the weekend. It wasn't the weekend and in fact it says they are open to 1 am Sunday thru Thursday. So I wasted my gas for nothing. She couldn't even be nice about it. Whatever happened to customer service? I wont ever go back there or the customer is always right and since when is it OK to false advertise?
