  Been going here for years, but 25 -30 minutes in the drive thru as the third car in line is ridiculous, we only ordered 2 drinks. Management is sorry, but don't expect them to correct the issue or speak to you with respect. I had a witness and they still lied about what happened. When I called to speak with the owner because she said he would be in the next morning, it was the GM and ge was extremely rude, interrupting me, stating that I already spoke enough. Geeze, then my witness called him and he was rude to her, stating I need to act like a lady when I go to Sonic. This is more than a management issue, this is an OWNER issue! Gas prices thru the roof they expect customers not to complain. But he did aay he counseled his staff on how to handle rude customers! Maybe, just maybe they should counsel that the customer is always right!!!!! Don't go here! Been in restaurant management for years. The goal has always been 2-3 minutes at the drive thru. My experience was 30 minutes and you don't want me upset? Ya, I cussed, AFTER the rudeness of your shift manager. The OWNER need not respond, this experience suggests that you condone your managers behaviors. Because this is a franchise, I'll be checking if you own others in our area.

  I love this location. Customer service & food is always on point. I love Jennifer & Jillian (I hope I spelled their names right). Jennifer is always giving my twins stickers and Jillian and my daughter are always chatting it up. & Jillian is always so sweet and made sure I had plenty of mints today 🩷.

  Drive thru was long when to a slot push the button ordered 2 drinks. Thats it!!! 3 other cars pulled in around me . ALL WERE SERVED BEFORE ME!! They had food and drinks! I only ordered 2 drinks. Sat there for almost 20 min. NEW SONIC NEW EMPLOYEES = TRASH

  Since the remodel my experience isnt great. The bad reviews about wait times are unfortunately true. I ordered on the app. Got to the location and still waited 11 minutes for a breakfast burrito, no drink. Just the burrito. It was 9am and not busy. If you are in a hurry and need something quick, you’re better off going to QT across the street.

  Sonic used to have my favorite cheeseburger among the franchises. After the recipe change, I no longer look forward to it. It just doesn’t taste the same. Bummer, it’s a loss for me.
