  I’m so mad! I ordered motz sticks and they gave me a pretzel with marinara… i’m having the worst day, and that made it 10 x worse. thank you sonic, for giving me nothing.

  I ordered a jr burger and mozzarella sticks. It took them 20 minutes to hand out my order and when i opened my burger, one of the patties was sliced in half and it was half sausage patty, half hamburger patty.

  After a 25 minute drive through wait, I was pretty eager to get my food. This was a Sunday night and a homeless person was hassling every car in the drive through. I should have just left because the order taker didn't know if I was in drive through or a stall. They tried to give me a door dash order at the window. 🙄 I got the big meal deal for $7. I liked everything but the fries. Worst fries ever. They were dried up and obviously old. I won't bother to go here again. They don't have enough staff and they need to keep the crazy people out of the parking lot!

  Went to go try out the new $7 meal deal and it was the long wait in line and the food was very cold but good customer service

  If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not sure if it’s simply a lack of staff, training, or unwillingness to serve paying customers. I placed an order on the app and waited nearly 15 minutes before going to through the drive thru. Food is always wrong, drinks never made correctly, staff are sometimes pleasant but what does that matter if I have to wait 30 minutes for FAST FOOD?!! Phone support is no better. Judging by the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one. Gone ahead and close up shop.
