  The service is so slow, they obviously do not have enough employees for this place to even be open. 20+ min for a drink, and they don’t answer the drive through.

  Awful. Never eating at sonic again. Waited 45 minutes for any service, employees ignored and never delivered food. Do not visit this establishment. Corporate didn’t even refund my order.

  Should've read the reviews before we came!!! Lesson learned!! Ordered $67 worth of food and will NEVER go to any Sonic EVER again!!!! This location ruined it for ALL! Ordered cheese tots and the cheese was not even melted!! Sad!!! It was literally a piece of sliced cheese crumbled in a ball and the tots were cold!! I gave it to my dog. All the tots I bought were cold!! Ordered two chili cheese coneys with barely any cheese or chili. Both coneys tasted cold!!! Not sure how you could accomplish that but Sonic did!!! Banana shakes that were ordered were not even banana just plain vanilla. Since they were for my kids I didnt know until I got home and they took a drink to tell me it's vanilla. Everything was TERRIBLE AND NOT FRESH!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS SONIC!!! They DO NOT cook to order!!!!! Super disappointed!! Called corporate number that this "Owner" keeps putting in the reviews just to get hung up on without talking to anybody. If the owner, corporate, and management per the responses to the reviews below know how TERRIBLE this location is and still nothing has been improved makes it seem like the owner, corporate, and management could care less. Same with me and the longevity of this company. I could care less if they go out of business!!!!

  Worst sonic in the KC area. Not only is the wait time exceedingly long, 35 minutes for me. The food is far from fresh. The lettuce and tomato on my burger looked and tasted like it had been left out for days. Completely inedible. The tots were colder than room temp. This location should be closed down until they can get quality control with staff and product handled.
