  Had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 12:16. Did not get it until 12:35. Had to leave to get back to work so I didn’t get my order. I used the menu box thing to check in on it and the person was extremely rude and cut me off. I understand being busy but that behavior is unexpectable.

  The worst sonic i have ever been too. 40+ minutes on food order through a stall after being ignored for 10 minutes waiting thr drive thru. Order was lost and other people that arrived after me were served first. Then aftwr food delivery food was missing. Left because there was no point trying to get my last item No explanation worth anything. If you have a choice dont make this location be your choice.

  Placed an online order and the unprofessional punk driver named Kaleb apparently left my food at the wrong address and tried to blame me. The restaurant wouldn't claim responsibility and I didn't receive any support.

  Specifically ordered an ocean water with REAL cherries added. It took almost 20 min to get my drink and then when I started drinking my drink it was clear they used cherry syrup. I was hoping I was wrong but when I finished my drink and looked for the real cherries that are typically at the bottom, there were NONE. For a $4 drink I do feel like there should have been actual real cherries in it, especially since I specifically ordered it that way and was upcharged for it
