  genuinely Everytime I doordash from here my food is awful. My food is never right! my blasts aren't blended. How hard is it to not put mayo on a burger. I've had issues with this store for over 2 years now. I driver further to North oak for better quality! I understand understaffing issues, but this has gone on for way too long now. Your workers don't give a crap about doordash orders and it's unfair.

  I've never ever in my 50 years on this earth had food and service so damn badly....and that says alot. The food was so old not even my dogs would eat it. Complete waste of time, money, energy and CALORIES! The mozzarella sticks, which should be cooked to order, was cold, stale and uncooked because your staff didn't separate the sticks before frying!?!?!?! What is the problem here!!!! We waited more than 25 mins for old, cold, gross chicken bites. We sat in the same stall we ordered from. They brought the other old food and we asked her about the chicken. She said she was getting them but proceeded to serve everyone else. We push the button again, they said sorry we will be right out. Still waited for another 15 mins then hit the button again. The building and parking lot look in need of repairs badly. At this point, the only plus was a larger stall to get our car in. What a wasted opportunity to serve decent food and give great service. Just shut down and give up, cause your crap service and food already shows customers you don't care anyway.

  Girl who took our order was absolutely rude. Then the same girl brings out our food and proceeds to spill our drink on the inside of our drivers side door and all over my husband then She just walks away. No Im sorry let me get you some napkins nothing. She finally comes back with another drink and almost does the same thing again. This store needs some training on how to properly put lids on. How to put napkins in the bags and MOST importantly customer service. Do better guys and gals!!!!!

  Order took 20+ minutes to come out. It was a few drinks, some ice cream and some chicken and fries. Forgot the fries and straws. Took another 10 mins to get the fries. I watched them make them and then place on the counter. We had to go through the drive through and ask for them. Poor service and even worse attitudes.
