  We visited this restaurant on Sunday for Mother’s Day and made reservations. The restaurant didn’t seem very busy, but the service was slow. We waited 20 minutes to place our order and another 20+ minutes to get our food, which didn’t come with condiments, syrup for pancakes, salt and pepper, salsa for breakfast quesadilla. Our water glasses weren’t filled until the end of the meal and left empty for majority of the meal. It wasn’t our server’s fault; she was running around the restaurant without any support and serving majority of the restaurant. The server had no support from anyone! We never saw a manager and only a few people working. Our server did her best. She was on the verge of crying and I felt so bad for her! I hope she gets the support she needed on Sunday in the future. Tables were not being bused and the food was left on the floor. Our food was good. I’m writing this experience in hope that the restaurant learns from it. Especially with the World Cup coming up and potentially having a a lot of patrons and a team staying at hotel above.

  Most of the issues could be solved by adequately staffing the floor. Props to the few staff they had for going above and beyond.

  I went to Show Pony last night with some girlfriends. My server, Antoria, was amazing. She is very attentive, and took my food allergies seriously. Very friendly and quick service. The only complaint I have is with the bartender, Victoria. She was sitting at the the bar talking with customers and on her phone for over an hour, while we waited for our drinks the entire time, until Antoria had to make them for us. At one point we had to go up to the bar to order more drinks because Victoria wasn’t making tables drinks. It was not busy or crowded, not a good look for the restaurant.

  First trip to Show Pony. Breakfast was very good, large portions. The service was provided by Kindle. She was polite, knowledgeable and coffee cups stayed full. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Will definitely be back.

  Kindle was a very attentive server behind the bar, she was taking care of multiple tables and handled it very well. The food was incredible I highly recommend the blue ribbon bird, it’s a lot of food but very savory and filling. The chicken cutlet is fried to perfection and my over easy eggs were perfectly runny. Great breakfast meal all around with fabulous service
