  Awesome and best Pizza hut in Kansas city. The Gm Is amazing and runs a cool well trained staff . Love it I highly recommend it 👌

  First Pizza Hut that was so dirty inside and the food was wrong and the manager didn’t even want to refund it didn’t even try the food how nasty and grease soke I’d tell anyone be safe check your food first from here,and the manager was more then rude wow!!

  Prairie view kansas city store is always amazing This review is for THE MAIN CALL CENTER. The Prarie view call was re routed to the main call in number and he would not tell me his name. He screwed up, lost the order and family and friends have literally been waiting with a family member in hospice care all day.

  I’ve ordered from this location several times with no issue. Today I placed an order and left a note that the order be left at my door. I provided the address and apt unit. I peeked outside my door a few times to see if the order had been left. But never seen it. I called this location and spoke with Gwen. Shes the short black lady with a pikie cut. Anyways I called to see what was going on with my order. She asked for my name and phone number which I provided. She said that she wasn’t able to find my order. And suggested I called the wrong store. So as I’m talking to her I go to my emails to view the order to make sure. I told her i ordered it from her store. But she was adamant the order was never placed there. I offered to give her my confirmation number but she said that the number I gave her wasn’t right. But it was the only confirmation number on the order. I asked to speak to a manager because I felt she didn’t quite know what she was doing. And she stated she was the manager. Smh She suggested that I call Pizza Hut customer service and said that they would help me. So I called the number and literally the first thing they say to do is if you have a issue with your order to contact the store. So she lied about that too. So I go up to the store to talk to her. And she’s explaining the ticket numbers on the receipt and how she needed a ticket number. But literally all I had was the confirmation number. I told her as I was leaving my apartment I seen an order on the steps on the bottom floor and didn’t think it was mine because I asked for it to be left at my door. I told her so if I go home and look it it shouldn’t be my order. Right? And she explained how my order wasn’t in the system. So I come home and look at the receipt. And it’s my damn order that came from this location. So Gwen lied about my order not being there. Lied that customer service could help me. Told me to look at my bank to see if the transaction was there which it is. And I don’t understand why my order wasn’t left at my door. I’m looking at the receipt as I type now my address is plain as day with the unit on the receipt. The driver found the building it’s not hard to find the apartment from there. During my call I expressed to Gwen that I seen missed calls from DoorDash. But didn’t think to call it back because i ordered from Pizza Hut. And she initially told me it was probably a scam call when i bought it up to her. But when I went to the store asking why the order was left on the stairs she said DoorDash did it. And how this location no longer has pizza drivers which is what I’m accustom to. When I took the pizza back to the store it was covered in ants. I asked for my money back over the phone when she claimed my order wasn’t at her store. And I asked for it again when I had evidence that it was her store. She expressed that she couldn’t issue refunds. How are you a manager and can’t issue refunds? I’ve never in my life heard of such. I’ve worked fast food and never have I ever. 😂 Based on the other reviews you might be better off ordering somewhere else. But prior to this I honestly never had an issue with them.

  We’ve lived here for 11 years for roughly two now this store has gone down hill. If we order delivery it comes up short on something then we have to go out of our way to drive up to pick it up. As a result we often order carry out, the timing is never what’s listed on the way time. It can say 10-15 minutes and it’s gonna be 45-1hr +. I started using the other location in Parkville and it’s a flawless experience everytime. We ordered a big new Yorker and there is so much grease and discoloration that it’s going straight to the trash. Very disappointing spending the extra money to come here and after today I’m done.
