  Waited for easily 20 minutes in the lobby with 10 other people. None of us were acknowledged until someone made a scene to get the employees attention. Then the cashier (the short guy with the beard) got into a verbal altercation with the customer. Everyone just left without their order.

  The guy that took my order was a little rude for no reason and I was OK with ordering still, but it made me feel some type of way. Then Diamond comes along and offers me excellent customer service so because of her I am giving this review kudos to diamond. You definitely made a difference I’ll come back because of her.

  It’s always a problem when I come to this location and if it wasn’t close to my job, I would not come here whoever the guy was in the window. I ordered a personal pan pizza and cinnamon sticks when I asked for him to put in a bag, he said well most people don’t ask for a bag and like I told him I’m not most people he’s very rude and very disrespectful. Point blank I don’t know what’s going on with your Customer Service. Diamond and she should’ve been in the window, not him
