  Terrible place do not order delivery from here. If the driver steals your food they won’t claim responsibility and refund you they will then lie about calling you to Pizza Hut customer service to try and cover their backs. Do not purchase from them unless you’re in person and you can see the pizza flat out. Disrespected when talked to on the phone too.

  Got pizza delivered like this and nobody will even answer phone to help me get a new one I have no ride there and customer service saying 3 days to get an email back from corporate lol take your money elsewhere

  I did an order on July 16th for me and my kids and the dasher took off with our money and food. Im starting to think Pizza Hut is pocketing peoples money because it’s happened more than once. Also I suggest you don’t shop here unless you want to lose your hard working money. I also want to say they don’t help you get through the situation an all. Poor management and so much more unprofessional stuff. don’t buy from here.

  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this particular location. I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for many years and have always enjoyed the brand, but my visit here was very different. I visited this location on Monday, June 15, 2026, at approximately 10:00 p.m. I did not feel welcomed, and the interaction with the employee who assisted me was unpleasant. He was rude and dismissive not only with me, but also with other customers who were placing orders at the time. When I asked about a promotion that was being offered, I was told in a very unfriendly manner that it was not available, even though the offer appeared to be valid. Considering many customers were visiting the city for a special event, this would have been a great opportunity to provide friendly and appreciative service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customer service makes a big difference in how people remember a business.
