- DODonna OfieldJun 19, 20261.0Pizza Hut Pickup Customer Service at 3115 Prospect location was awful on Thursday on 6/18/26. I ordered a large pan pizza and received the wrong change back. When I asked the representative about it, she said she didn't have pennies. I asked her did she have nickels. She gave me my correct change and told me to get out of her face. I told her I will not be back.

My experience ....You walk in and there is nothing in the entry but a bored, slightly crazy looking, lady playing on her phone and a bathroom(which I didn't even bother with). She looks up at you and immediately sizes you up like she's trying to figure out if she needs to duck or do her job. The whole time you're there, she's pretending to listen but looks like she's just waiting for you to do something crazy so she can hit a button or run away. I feel for the staff and the customers.... But the pizza and wings were good!! Plus you get a free personal pizza when you join the rewards app. Ps. Tip the driver WHEN you get delivery, don't go in, it'll break your heart.

Someone at your restaurant made a personal comment about my girlfriend’s voice during a phone call, which made her uncomfortable. We were just trying to place an order, and comments like that aren’t appropriate in a customer service setting and they also didn’t deliver my girlfriend’s order on time and when she got the food it was cold. I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed so other customers don’t have a similar experience. Thank you.
- BHBree HardenApr 10, 20263.0Usually the food is really good. However, the last 6 months has been a hit and miss. This time my tavern style pizza did not have cheese to the rim, leaving my edges burnt. Both pizzas were dry and lacking cheese. Maybe im spoiled by Costco's generous amts of cheese.
