  Mak really has great customer service and she is always posutive to be around. Would definetly come back to this place. They all make me feel welcomed like I'm family.

  YOOOOOOO these people are incredible! The most AMAZING customer service! They truly care about people and after a tiny issue on our order they offered to fix it with a smile on their faces! These guys/girls need a RaIsE!!!! MAK, CHLOE AND JENNIYA!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hate that there’s hardly anything open late night in KC, but I can always count on good ole Pizza Hut! My veggie pizza was hot, fresh, loaded with toppings, and absolutely delicious! 🍕😋 But the real shoutout goes to MAK, who was in there HOLDING THE ENTIRE PLACE DOWN by themself! 👏🏽 Despite working solo, MAK was friendly, attentive, professional, and provided AMAZING customer service. My order was perfect and the service was just as good as the food. Pizza Hut, y’all better appreciate MAK because you have a GOOD ONE! Excellent food + excellent service = 10/10! Give MAK a raise! 👏🏽😂

  08/29 @ 1030pm, 1 lady working in the entire store. She is back cooking pizzas and does not greet me. The bell is going off notifying her that there is a customer at the counter. She ignores it and continues to cook. Another customer walks in about 5 minutes after me and the bell goes off again and she still doesn’t greet me or the other customer. After being here for about 10 minutes, she walks out to front and says a name very fast, I could not understand the name so I said the name I was waiting for. She cuts me off yelling that name again. Still doesn’t greet anyone. Then she reaches up and turns off the bell so it wouldn’t go off when people walk in. Very rude and horrible customer service. I understand it’s late and she is working alone but she could have at least greeted the customers and asked who we was there for.

  I stepped out to wait for our delivery person, and as he approached I saw that he was carrying our pizzas in his doordash bag like it was a sack of groceries and not flat🫩. I wish I could show the pictures. Have yet to get ahold of any form of management.
