  I found a HUMAN HAIR ON MY PIZZA from this Pizza Hut on Wornall Rd on Aug 28, 2026. It was not mine, and it was just sitting in the middle like it had been placed there. I didn't see it until I'd eaten two pieces already, and when I realized I wanted to throw up over the place. The female employe had not been too friendly when I picked it up and quickly turned away when I opened the box to take a quick peek. ABSOLTUELY DISGUSTING, PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

  Ok so the person who made my pizza originally forgot my bell peppers on the pizza so I had a credit today I used it that just loaded the pizza full of bell peppers never going there again don’t wanna go there nomore but unfortunately I was forced to used the credit at the same location that messed up my food originally I’ll just drive down 95th

  This Pizza Hut used to be really good a couple of months ago, but now it’s completely horrible! The last few times, my pizzas were not cut properly or even at all, missing toppings, etc. Today was my final straw… I was given dried cinnamon sticks and a burnt, dried out pizza. Bring back the old cooks or hire some new ones because this is absurd 🫠. Didn’t even bother taking a picture of the dried out cinnamon sticks as I was in disbelief. The ONE time I didn’t check the pizza before I left the store….

  Absolutely unacceptable experience tonight at the Kansas City, Missouri. I ordered for pick up. The tall, brown haired female employee acted as if it was a task to get me my pizza and was more rude than I could ever imagine someone that works in customer service. Imagine after traveling 18 hours, you choose Pizza Hut of all things because it is normally very easy to get back home. Just to be greeted with a nasty Attitude and rudeness that stuck with me. Do not be rude to someone just because they ask for plates. Some people travel for work. Visibly rolling your eyes is not acceptable.
