  The management at this location horrible and they are rude, they do not lead by example. Each time I go into the store it's always chaos. I go to this location because it's close to my home. Again management is horrible at this location 😞

  I normally do not leave reviews like this, but the way a manager named Siri treats the teenage employees at this Panera Bread is genuinely disturbing. She is constantly demeaning, condescending, and belittling the young people working under her. Instead of encouraging or guiding them, she speaks to them in a way that tears them down and embarrasses them. I recently came in and witnessed her speaking to one of the teenage employees so harshly that the young man looked completely defeated and emotionally drained. The other teenagers around him were even encouraging him to stand up for himself because it was obvious how disrespectfully he was being treated. No employee, especially teenagers working their first jobs, should have to endure that kind of humiliation from someone in a leadership position. It is painfully clear why this location struggles with turnover and why so many young employees do not stay long. A toxic work environment starts at the top, and Siri’s behavior is absolutely unacceptable for someone who is supposed to be leading and mentoring young workers. Leadership is about respect, patience, and professionalism — not intimidation and humiliation. Panera Bread seriously needs to address the way this woman treats her staff because it is uncomfortable even for customers to witness!

  I ordered a Creme Brûlée Hot Latte today morning. I called the store to confirm the order that it’s hot. However, I was given a cold latte.

  I go to this Panera basically every day for coffee and eat here at least once a week. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Fany at the pick up window especially, always greets me with a smile, asks me how my day is going, and ALWAYS remembers my order. The people that work here are the reason I keep coming back. I can’t recommend this particular Panera enough!
