My daughter and I arrived, without an reservation. We stood outside of the door for a few minutes, because no one was located at the desk to help seat people. So, we walked in, and sat down. Now, mind you, at that time there seemed to be about maybe 15 people seated between the bar and regular seating. The max capacity is 77 people. A server came up to us, and then moved us to another table, as the one we were seated at, was reserved. We apologized for this, and our server was so nice, and let us know that no apologies were needed, as there had not been anyone to seat us when we walked in. Now mind you, at this time is was 7:30 pm. Our server took our drink orders. We received our drinks 20 minutes later, and then placed our food order. We just left at 9:15 pm and never received our food. One of our drinks had been removed from our bill, as an apology for not receiving our food. I paid the bill, did not make a scene, and still tipped our server. I know things happen, for a restaurant that can't be controlled, and service can be affected, however. I researched how long the restaurant has been open, and it has been open since 11/2025. I know kinks with new restaurants can take maybe 6 months to a year to iron out, but I should not have to wait for over 1 hr and 15 minutes to receive my food, or even an update as to where my food is, or what may be causing the delay, or how much longer it may take to get our food. I am writing all this, to say this. Am I telling anyone to not eat here, no. Am I saying that I will never go back, no, because I am truly excited about their menu. What I am saying, is that I hope by the next time I go back, I do not have the same experience.
