  An egg McMuffin and a hot coffee is just a good way to start a morning. McDonald's has surprisingly good coffee

  Stood for 10 minutes at the counter and no one even acknowledged me. Went to the kiosk and it was down. Said they were rebooting. So decided to try drive through. This may be a nice McDonald's restaurant but is sure wasn't today.

  I travel for work, and unfortunately, this is the worst mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. By a wide margin. Was the order given correct? Yes, but only because I repeated the order 3X, removed unordered items, and kept repeating myself until the screen matched what I had clearly and slowly stated to the drive through order taker, several times. I could understand if the order taker couldn’t hear me or misheard-that happens all the time, but they didn’t ask clarification questions, so I assumed they could hear me. At the pickup window, they asked what my order was so I repeated it again clearly. I don’t think that person could hear me, so I handed them my receipt. Still forget one last item. I asked the person at the window for it and they stared at me. Next I tried Spanish, and that worked. If someone asks a question and you don’t understand, why not say ‘no ingles’ and I could switch to espanol. It wasn’t very busy, so idk what the deal is at this place. :/
