  The employees have the worst attitudes, especially the women who are here around lunch time. Very lazy and they make no effort to have any kind of customer service. Some retraining would help or fire them.

  Very poor customer service by MANAGERS! As a walk in customer; totally ignored by managers to take our orders. As management; you always have drive thru and walk in customers treated with respect. You don’t just ignore! You have your crew tend to both! Remember…at the end of the day…what you make from customers is your income! 🤬

  The manager has been consistently rude to me and I come five times a week to spend my money and not start my day off bad. Her yelling at me is unacceptable. Her not honoring my discount Or coupons Is getting Tired some.. I just wanna order my food and go.. And yes, ma’am, my sandwich did come with cheese

  It is ridiculous. Every time I come here during my lunch break y’all are so rude doesn’t matter how nice I am doesn’t matter who it is. You guys are just rude and have the worst attitude fix your customer service because it is ridiculous. I’ve worked in customer service for 10+ years and don’t even act the way that get it together.
