    I purposely avoid this location. The food is always terrible; nothing is fresh, and it often tastes like it has been sitting out well past standard serving times. On one occasion, I specifically asked for my food to be cooked fresh. Instead of doing so, they just heavily salted the food to mask it. When I reached out to ownership to address the issue, I received absolutely no follow-up, no return calls, and no apology. Save your money and go elsewhere. Unless improvements are made the health department will be called

    My favorite McDonald’s I just want to say that the coffee that I order anytime of the day is HOT!!! . My order is always spot on the food is warm and perfect. The customer service I receive is excellent. Gloria & Caleb are polite , professional, and always have a smile.

    During our visit, I temporarily lost my voice and was unable to clearly communicate with staff. Because of this, I asked my son to politely approach the counter and ask why the restaurant internet was not working, as I was attempting to place an order for food. Before my son could fully explain the situation, the manager immediately told him he could not linger in the restaurant without purchasing food and instructed him to leave. At no point did she ask whether we intended to purchase food or attempt to understand the situation. My son walked out of the restaurant crying and extremely upset. I then approached the manager and explained that my son is autistic and that the way she spoke to him was inappropriate and harmful. After I informed her that he was autistic, she responded that she “did not care.” That statement was deeply disturbing and is the primary reason I am escalating this complaint. The interaction escalated further, police were mentioned, and officers later spoke with me nearby. The manager eventually apologized to my son and later apologized to me in front of my daughter. However, the damage had already been done, and the apology does not erase the humiliation and emotional distress my son experienced. I contacted McDonald’s corporate afterward and was informed I would receive a callback within 96 hours. It has now been over five days, and I have not received any communication. Finally I got a call from the regional manager an she tried to tell me about my self an the way I reacted because of the way me an my son was treated because of the energy an the discrimination that we received an blame my family who did nothing like when did u ever see my family act crazy I did yes because yall treated me poorly I was asked to leave after I walked to McDonalds alone pregnant at 9:50pm one day I was asked what I was doing I told her an she ask me to leave even lied an said they close early then tried to say due to safety concerns I needed to leave then i said I’m getting food just like the damage was done then it’s done now an none of it was right ! I’m over you guys for my autistic son to say to me Mommy McDonalds isn’t a happy place says a lot YALL NEED TO BE FIRED NEW CREW ASAP
