Had a mobile order, we waited at the drive through speaker for over 10 minutes without any employee saying a word. Cars were getting backed up in both lines. Finally someone finally says something and tells us to move up to the second window. The girl at the second window had no sense of urgency. She handed us our under filled drinks that were completely watered down from melted ice. Somehow they gave us the correct order, but all of the food was cold. No explanation, apology, or resolution from staff. Completely unprofessional. While we waited in line, multiple cars ended up leaving because no one was answering the drive through speaker. We were at this McDonalds for over 20 minutes. Google says the store is open 24 hours, so there’s no reason for multiple customers to be sitting at the drive through speaker for 10+ minutes. Even if y’all were short staffed or having technical issues, there’s other ways to go about it, a lot of customers are understanding when stuff like that happens, but waiting for over 20 minutes and not having any apology from staff is unprofessional.

Coming home from a long shift and not wanting to cook I stopped by to get a snack and treat for dinner, I waited 20+ minutes to get my food and didn't even give me all of it.
I pulled up to the drive through waited a couple minutes for my order to be taken (there was only one other car), get to the window and pay, given my drink and told to pull up to the door and wait for the rest of my order. I wait 20+ minutes before deciding to go up to the window and ask about my order and found out they had cleared it and forgot about it. While waiting 5-10 other cars came and went with their orders. The food I received was cold and slightly overcooked, didn't receive any of the sauce I asked for either(that wasn't the only part missing).

The last few times I’ve gone we have had to clean our own tables, the staff is apathetic and not willing to help even when they are not busy

The ordering screens don't work. Nothing prints- no numbers. No front attendant!? OMG - Look at their reply. They hired someone to not calculate what they read, but to request customers not getting paid to do "more work for US." Ha ha ha. This isn't Whats app. This is me telling others why it makes sense to go someplace else. (Hire someone who can jot down complaints they see though, might help them.)
