When I got home, the Happy Meal order was correct, but they gave me two small chicken sandwiches, not the Quarter Pounder and no fries. Chose not to go back based on service we had received.

I’ve lived in Kansas City for a long time and each neighborhood I’ve lived in. There has been a specific McDonald’s I go to almost every day for many months on end and it’s this particular McDonald’s that is doing a tremendously amazing job! Five stars in all things relevant

I did not see him clean the fire station. He constantly wants to argue with me and be very disrespectful now if I was to come back and have my husband check him about how he talked to me you thought I’d be wrong so these managers need to learn how to have respect instead of argue with the customer if I didn’t see you, I didn’t see you. I’m asking to make another no soft fry. If I didn’t see you clean the fry station or the scoop you are not supposed to talk to me any kind of way cause I didn’t see you do it cause I was not looking every time. I come up here in order no soft fry you guys act like it’s a problem and I’m so sick of it. I’m getting ready to stop coming to this McDonald’s again.
