    Today, I simply asked if they could put the combo meals in separate bags because I didn't want everything in the same bag. I asked politely, but instead of helping, the employee threatened to call the police. Then she called the supervisor, who said they were not going to separate anything and even yelled at me. At that point, I just asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. It was a very disappointing experience. I just hope my kitchen renovation is finished soon so I don't have to go through something like this again. Fortunately, this is the only McDonald's location where I've had such a bad experience.

    I go here nearly everyday for breakfast. Laura at the window is great. Tonight I went for dinner, was told to pull forward and wait, not usually a problem. I waited for 31 minutes, while multiple employees came to my car and asked what my order was. I told each of them what it was, finally a young woman came out with just my sandwich. I had to explain that I had not received anything, that I wasn't just missing my sandwich. I get my food, and they had doubled my order... What am I supposed to do with all that extra food? At least my dog was happy about the mcnuggets. To the owner, don't worry, I already filled out the online form.

    I've actually never eaten there but they keep the parking lot clean and I've never heard anything bad about them..!

    I placed my order a little before 10pm through the app . I got there around 10:15 or so . Waited in the drive through line for about 30 minute. I finally got to the speaker and I waited patiently for someone , not one person said anything . After being there for about 8 minutes I figured, I should just drive up to the window since I did place my order well over 30 min ago it should be ready , right ? The manager ended up coming to the window and I told her I placed a order over 30 min ago and she proceeded to tell me that I had to go back around and tell her my code through the speaker because my food wasn’t ready . I told her , I wasn’t mad that I would patiently wait for my food and she started venting to me that her manager didn’t add anyone to her shift because she doesn’t care about her (venting to me ) . I apologized about the situation she was going through , but it was about to be 11pm and I was really frustrated because what’s the point of placing a order on the app if it’s not ready by the time you get there . She told me she wasn’t going to help me , I needed to go back and wait again through the line to tell her my code . I didn’t want to start a bigger problem so I left and canceled my order . Such a waste of time. I could’ve gone else where to purchase food and gotten quicker service .

    I usually go to this McDonald's in the morning before work because it's the closest one so it's early morning and they are some of the rudest people in the morning not all but most and you have to sit in the drive-thru just to give him your code for about 2 minutes before anyone gets on there and responds to you and then it's "can I help you" there's no happiness in their voice, just rudeness, like I'm putting them out, if they don't want to work there then find another job, I'm sorry I'm inconveniencing you by spending money at your business, so then it takes almost 15 minutes to get my order that I placed ahead of time on the app,17 to 30 min to get a simple order, that's ridiculous. And unfortunately most of the McDonald's in the Kansas City and North Kansas City area early morning all suck on customer service.
