  Ordered Chicken Nuggets with Ranch. They put Hot Mustard in the bag. This location is trash.

  Talk to the manager this morning my sausage muffin wasn’t in there and one of my large coffees wasn’t in there when I asked the man if he could look at my door dash he said he didn’t know how but there was a Mexican woman in there who did it for me her name is Kimberley. He was also cussing cause he had to look for my order but she was calm and did it for me she should manager and he should be demoted

  I’ve been a regular at this location, but had a concerning experience recently during a late-night visit. I refilled a water bottle, which I’ve done before without issue, and the night manager told me I would have to pay next time. When I asked for clarification, he stated he was the manager and handled the situation in a very confrontational way. The interaction escalated to the point where he was using profanity and holding cleaning tools in a way that felt threatening. I understand policies can vary, but the way this was handled was not appropriate. I’ve reported this to corporate and hope it’s addressed so customers are treated respectfully.

  9:15p, placed a carry out order for myself and a friend. Only to discover that the lobby closed early. This has happened on more than a few occasions. Worst part is, once I check in the order, I can't cancel it. So I end up being charged for an order I can't even pick up. So far I've lost over $80 at this location. Online it says lobby open til 11p. Sign on door says 10p. So why does this location close every night before 9:30p? At least stop taking online orders if you aren't going to be open. And how do I get refunds for what I've never received? I tried through the app but with no success. I love Bell owned McDonald's, the food is always great. But the service here has been sub-standard lately. Is it because you're short staffed, or is the night crew just that lazy??

  So my friend & I was walking to McDonald's & someone we arenot fond of tried to walk up on us & we avoided him. Pizza Hunt employee proceeded to say he was calling the police for who knows what reason because nothing happened & then we order our food & right as im done leaving a review on Pizza Hut for the employee cursing at me we are kicked out of McDonald's for no reason at all. This makes no sense at all & yall should be ashamed of yourselves. Must be because im trans huh? Yall will be hearing from my attorney.
