  We've been going to this location for years and always had great service. The last few times we've been we ended up not eating at all. We waited in line for long periods of time. The Sunday morning manager/order taker, a very rude female, leaves her headset open and you can hear everything she's saying. She talks bad about other customers, she's rude and condescending and literally one of the WORST customer service providers I've ever encountered. It's so sad because we loved this location and it's staff until she came along.

  This is a great McDonald's be careful when you're pulling in. If you're pulling in today, Easter Sunday there's geese at the entrance and if you coming too fast, you'll hit them

  Ordered food for my family on the app to pickup at the counter and still had to wait more than 15 minutes and the food was not hot. Lots of young kids working there that were standing around talking rather than working. Unbelievable that the manager let's this happen.

  I apparently have short term memory issues as I continue to visit here for a treat, often the advertised one, such as the shamrock shake today. Despite the giant sign displaying its availability, no ice cream products are ever actually available for purchase. Every time, they are sold out of the item. Maybe just don’t sell ice cream at all?
