    Went to pick up food from the counter and the lobby was closed way before the time posted. They closed down one of the lanes for the drive through and it took 25 minutes to just get through the drive through of 4 cars. If you want fast food, that ain't here

    One thing that seriously pisses me off more than anything else as a overnight worker is when a place is says that they're 24-hours but close for an hour to reset their system

    Had an online order and sat in the drive thru for almost 2 min before someone answered and there was only 2 cars ahead of us. When the person did answer she had a rude tone and told us to pull forward and when we did she just stood there looking at the screen and handed us a receipt and said, well there ya go! When we pulled up to the next window the made us go to the next window to wait (this has happened the last 3 times) and 2 cars before us got their food after ordering after us and the girl who finally brought us our food 4 min later had an attitude and said “we’ll have a good day I guess” I don’t know what’s going on here at this location but everyone has an attitude and doesn’t act professional, if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else
