- LLLuckOct 31, 20265.0I came into this McDonald’s location about three times in the past week or so and the first two times I got breakfast and I ordered my sandwich. I got two hashbrowns both times and they gave me one instead of two and I brought it up to the guy that was working today and his name is Dylan and he just gave me the two hashbrowns that I was missing. Didn’t really give me a hassle didn’t really treat me like a beggar. I really appreciate it. The food was good and the atmosphere was great and a customer service was excellent.

So I scan my code expecting for my discount to appear. Nothing! The cashier is saying the total which it was still the full price. Not only that she didn’t even have my order correct after telling her countless times. She then has 3 other incompetent individuals to try to assist. Still nothing. At this point you can see the agitation on there face. Still, trying to be patient I recite the order again, hoping that this time comprehension would kick in. Still nothing. Mind you this is the 2nd time this has happened. Ultimately I ended up cancelling the order. I will not be returning to this location. McDonald do better. If you’re going to hire at least hire someone who speaks fairly good English. In addition to someone who effectively listens. Thank you!
