  The place is nearly impossible to get to. Zero signage. I don't speak the same language as the staff. Was completely ignored inside. Finally yelled to the kitchen to get someone to help me. Food takes forever. The order taker doesnt speak English so most orders are incorrect. And not much can be done about it because both parties cant understand one another. Just looking for breakfast after leaving the casino. Will just drive home and eat there next time.

  I miss my Chick-fil-A, quality and atmosphere so much better. They were in such a hurry, they forgot to pick up the table number after delivering. No smile, no gratitude in contributing to their paycheck, they should be replaced with AI, at least AI you can program them to do better. Edit: Originally was a 1 Star, updated now to a 4 Star because I observed the Manager delivering the food to a table and demonstrated everything about outstanding service, including the basic but necessary smile. She just needs to train her employees to do the same and they'll get 5 stars everytime.

  Siempre tienen prisa y tú cuando tú pagas por cosas extras ellos te dan lo que ellos quieran. No te dan por lo que tú pagaste. Y para completar la manager de la madrugada siempre está con cara y actitud sin necesidad alguna. Uno está supuesto recibir por lo que uno pagó,no por lo que ellos le den la gana de darte. Pésimo servicio y triste cuando viene de una manager. Hay que ser ejemplo SEÑORA. Que Dios la bendiga mucho y le quite su amargura 😉
