  It’s a Jimmy John’s. One of the slower ones I’ve ever experienced but, it was in the middle of the day in the middle of the shift. I get it. You can’t be on your a game every time. The food was still good. The people were awesome. Just took a little bit longer than normal. Not a real issue. Unless you park illegally outside. Then, it might be an issue. But again that’s not on the folks inside and making your sandwich. Quality ingredients, quality people quality service. Jimmy John’s, for the win.

  I cannot say enough positive things about this location. I had a catering order from another company completely ghost me AFTER scheduled. Panicking, I walked into Jimmy John’s about 30 minutes before close and Joanna helped me with zero hesitation. She was kind, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even though the store was near closing! She absolutely saved the day, and I sincerely hope she is recognized for her outstanding customer service. If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s her.

  I order from here all the time because its close to my part time job and have had to call them a hand full of times because of some weird error on my end and every single time I have talked on the phone to someone they have been incredibly kind and attentive. I know they are super super busy because of their location and all of the offices nearby and there is an occasional wait especially around lunch time, but my food comes out perfect every time.
