The one customization that cost extra I didn’t get, and they forgot my mayo packets. Staff was indifferent at best. Unfortunate because they’re very conveniently located and I actually do like Jimmy John’s food when it’s made the way I ordered it.

You only had to make one sandwich: those petty employees you got working underpaid wages give your business a bad name. I won’t be returning to this jimmy John’s because it’s ran by a bunch of people who don’t care enough to make one sandwich right.

Sandwich, add Turkey, ask them at the window. If they put the Turkey on, they said yes got all the way home. No Turkey, this is the worst Jimmy John's. In the country, 100% hood

Last three attempts to grab a quick bite have resulted in me leaving hungry because they tell me they can only take cash after waiting in line. Been several weeks now that something is broken. Will never go back to this spot, it’s not worth a 4th attempt
