  I’ve gone to this store twice within the last month. I only order salami and cheese with mayo. Sometimes with lettuce , just depends if I am eating it right away or keeping it for lunch. Because I don’t want it to get soggy. I ask them if I could get a giant and on half of it get no lettuce the first time I went. They proceed to tell me no I cannot get a sandwich with half lettuce because then it is technically two sandwiches. They said no even thought they still cut the sandwich in half to put it in the bag. I even asked them I’m totally fine with paying for all the lettuce to be on the sandwich just not on half. Still said no bc technically it’s two sandwiches. Okay that was fine, I ordered a vito bc I’ve been told just to do that if i wanted salami and cheese and mayo. When I opened my sandwich it was a normal Vito without cappacolo. It have the onions, tomatoes, and sauces that I couldn’t get off. So I called the store as soon as I looked. Spoke with the manager I think her name is Janine. I got a refund for the sandwich. Yesterday i ordered again from them and ordered a Vito, the same thing happened. When I order the sandwich I literally say a Vito with just salami cheese and mayo. No onions , no tomatoes, no cap, no sauce that they put with. Never had and issue before. I work nights and wasn’t able to eat or look at the sandwich before they closed. Nor did I think I had to. But I called them today and spoke with Janine again. She asked me what was wrong with the sandwiches and I told her. I gave her the time I went and could have given her anything about my rewards or even my card number. I couldn’t get a refund bc I didn’t have a receipt or i didn’t call day of. Even when I told her I didn’t have time to call and correct it. After telling her what time I went she proceeded to tell me she would have made the sandwich herself at that time. Basically telling me there’s no way. She asked if I wanted them to remake it today when they haven’t gotten the sandwich right twice. I’m not dumb. I’m not waiting around to see if the 3rd time is the charm cause it’s not gonna be. Service wasn’t nice either. I know taking the lettuce off the sandwich is not that big of deal but it’s the same for them I was fine with paying for it all just not to put it on half.

  I ate lunch inside, and the two women who were working were delightful. But there was a man who was awful. As a woman was taking my order, the man pushed a hot rack of bread into the woman and burned her arm. He didn't even notice and left the rack where it was in the way of the register. Then an order came in and he read out loud, "No tomatoes? Easy on the cucs? I swear people just do this shit to piss me off." One of the women looked at me apologetically, so I yelled, "No they don't!"

  Stopped in for lunch and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Got to try their newer toasted menu; portions were great and the ultimate Italian was delicious! We ordered two combo meals that came out to about $30.

  I like Jimmy John's as their sandwiches are well constructed and have several options for add ins. I also think they are pricey for the size of the sandwich. We had a buy one, get one promotion, and even tho the preparers were extremely busy, they did not take shortcuts on the sandwiches. And, the wait was not bad. For a nice change to other sandwich shops, it is great, but be prepared to pay a bit more.
