  Just grabbed a tuna with no tuna getting tired of these places you pay for food and you get none of I could only post the picture

  This is our first time eating at this Jimmy John’s, and we were disappointed. The tea was very watery, with no flavor. They did make a new batch, but it was the same. The sandwich would have been good if there was enough meat on it, but it only had 2 small pieces of turkey that did not cover much of the bread at all. As far as the atmosphere, they were playing heavy metal/grunge music, which I know some would like but will probably not appeal to a majority of customers. We eat regularly at the JJ in Liberty, and it is consistently good.

  Stacey, the manager, handled my order with impressive efficiency. Despite juggling a busy drive-thru, she stayed attentive and made sure all customers were taken care of. The kitchen staff were just as great—friendly, welcoming, and quick with service. This location really stands out. The dining area was spotless, the restroom was well kept, and the drink station was clean and fully stocked. Overall, a fantastic team and a great experience.

  The last 2 times I ordered all toppings, I didn’t get ANY toppings. Used to have good service.

  The guy who made my sandwich went out back and smoked by the garbage bin and came back and started serving other people until I asked about my sandwich, and he apologized and warmed it up and went out back and smoked again and disappeared into the backroom until I saw him at the window and I asked about it; he said he ate it.
