  I've lived by them for three year. Sometimes I just want a simple sandwich and I don't like mayo, so I order a vito #5 that does not come with mayo. Every single time I've ordered a sandwich from this location it has been made wrong, extra random toppings added, mayo on it every time even though I specify that I don't want it, and never ever a correct order. If you call and try to ask for a new sandwich, they put you on hold for 20+ minutes and hang up on you.

  3900 Broadway KCMO My daughter and I ordered lunch for my husband/Dad as he was having a bad day and was starving. Everything is 'ordered online' so making a phone call to order isn't as easy as it used to be. Kate took my order over the phone, didn't rush me when I was trying to make sure I was ordering my husband's sandwich JUST the way he likes it. She took the extra step of adding a special note on the sandwich wrapper to let him know the sandwich was made special with love from his wife and daughter. Kate and Jarrett, THANK YOU!

  Everything came out super quick and delicious. Eric at the drive thru was super friendly and helpful with my order and made my experience better.
