I was told 4 minutes, i waited 10 & no one would even look up and greet me. Finally I asked if someone can check because I’m pretty sure my order has been sitting there the entire time. Sure enough it was. My food was there for 10 minutes without anyone bagging it and letting me know. Got home and the bag was soaked in grease leaving buns soggy. Bag broke thru, tomato had green on it , wasn’t even ripe. 0/10 for tonight’s service

The Dasher was apparently allowed to leave with my food without the order being properly confirmed or verified. Because of this, my food was taken and I was left without the order I paid for. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem concerned or interested in actually resolving it. I understand that mistakes can happen, but allowing someone to leave with a customer’s order without confirming it first is completely unacceptable. There should be a system in place to make sure the correct Dasher receives the correct order. I paid for this food expecting to receive it, and instead I had to deal with an issue that could have easily been prevented. I would like this looked into and I expect a reasonable resolution, whether that’s a replacement order or a refund. I also hope the location addresses this with their staff so this doesn’t happen to another customer.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
