  Although I ordered thru a 3rd party (EZ Cater) I received some of the worst customer service of my life from the woman at Empanada Madness. Order was 20 min late for an event & food was missing. EZ Cater is probably to blame for this. The real kicker was the customer service. I called to ask about the missing food. I was not even allowed to finish saying the name on my order before the woman started speaking over me about why it wasn't her fault and this wasn't her issue to fix. After about a minute of her talking non-stop, I interrupted and asked if I could be allowed to explain why I was calling. I was again interrupted. This went back and forth for a few moments with absolutely no solutions being offered. I outlined that I understood the issues associated with a 3rd party like EZ Cater, but my order was already late, I'm hosting an event & am on a timeline & asked for a solution. She continued complaining about EZ Cater, telling me this isn't even her problem to fix and she has no responsibility to help me. Meanwhile, the Door Dash driver stayed and was waiting this entire time and offered to drive back to the restaurant, pick up the missing food and bring it back. I work for a company that regularly orders catering to the tune of $500-$4,000. We're in the Crossroads and are always trying to support local business. I will absolutely NOT be ordering from this restaurant again.

  Amazing service, people there were absolutely amazing, love the service love and environment, you have a TV where you can watch games too. Food was very nice, I think they could do a little more with the flavor, its not best one ive tried but still really good,they were very nice, I would change the bread for the pepito but the rest, its really good, thank you♥️
