- HAHollie AndinoApr 30, 20261.0I am a die hard dutch bros fan so when I pulled up today to get my coffee at the gladstone location I was pretty excited I gave the girl my order which was a large hazelnut mocha latte with 2 extra shots light ice extra sweet I payed and waited like everyone else .. it took for ever ... I mean I sat in a line for 20 mins before I got to the window and the window person was like oh they are working on it ... I look over and there are 2 employees trying to work on this drink I sat there for another 15 mins to have the wrong size handed to me and it wasn't even made right ... there are 4 coffee places on this road and I choose dutch bros but I dont think ill come back to this location.. very disappointed!

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
