    I cannot, and I mean cannot, thank the employees at Dutch Bros these last couple weeks. We lost our beloved English mastiff on the 4th of this month after 11 beautiful years with him. The Saturday of that week I went to Dutch bros to get a chai and when one of the girls asked how I’m doing I completely broke down crying and apologized vastly to her. She gave my chai on the house and when I insisted on tipping she said it was okay and wrote it on my cup, I still tipped what I could. Yesterday, my chihuahua is going through depression and a decline in her health after losing her best friend of 10 years that when I went to bring her to Dutch bros I completely forgot my order on Saturday as I was crying from her situation. I completely forgot my order and asked for a small lemonade and again, it was on the house along with her pup cup. Today. I made the hardest decision that it is time to let her go, so we planned to go to Dutch Bro’s one last time with her to get a pup cup and go to the park to watch the sunset one last time. So, again, I completely broke down when I was asked what I would like for my order. I explained my situation that today was my soul dogs Peaches’ potential last day with us and we were going to do whatever she wanted. He was very sweet and understanding and told my best friend that at least Peaches was very loved and even was able to pet her to show support in her goodbye journey. These three employees, and I wish I got their names, have been nothing but extremely kind and understanding and thoughtful human beings. This company truly have their employees care about customers on a personal level, I will forever respect this business and these three employees. Below I included photos of my sweet Peach enjoying her last pup cup and a photo of both Archer (English mastiff) and peaches. And the cup that the employee gave me the week we lost our dear Archer.

    Waiting extremely impatiently for Dutch Bros to come to Quincy, Illinois. In the meanwhile this is one of must stops when in the KC area.

    Had a great first experience at Dutch Bros! The coffee was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since it was my first time, they took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great coffee, great service, and a really welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    First time coming here and definitely not the last. Aaron did an awesome job of making me feel welcome as I was a first time visitor to a Dutch bro's. Im not really a huge coffee drinker and he helped me craft a delicious blend of flavors that blew me away. I may actually be a secret coffee lover and didn't know it lol. This is a perfect example of what customer service is and going above and beyond to make a first experience a memorable and repeatable experience. Good Job Aaron and thank you for opening me up to the coffee world!
