They are super quick on a normal day but today they were packed for Mother’s Day obviously and the girl at the window literally had an 8 to 10 minute conversation with one of the customers after he already received his drink. The line was insanely backed up and one of the employees had to start bringing our drinks out to us because we couldn’t get to the window since they spent their time flirting at the window. When I got my drink, I couldn’t even get out of the line yet because I was stuck behind him.

- BBBrittanyMar 11, 20261.0Definitely my go-to location! Unfortunately, the wait times have been getting pretty ridiculous. Even when ordering on the app 20 minutes in advance, I still find myself waiting, which can be pretty frustrating. I’ve also noticed that some of the newer workers aren’t as communicative, often leaving customers standing at the window in the cold without updates. The service seems to be going a bit downhill lately, but overall the drinks are still great.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
