  I don't know if the worker was having a bad day or something but he took my order which was the new Oreo iced matcha. I normally make matcha at home or order a normal iced matcha but decided to treat myself. I asked for substitutions, and he did not put my substitutions on the ticket. He made the drink and spilled matcha on the table. I did not know what to expect of the Oreo iced matcha because I only saw it on the menu and not online anywhere else. It turned out blended and did not taste as good as the normal iced matcha that I had gotten at a different location when I was out of town. When I got back out to the car and searched up what it was supposed to look like, the drink wasn't even supposed to be blended. I did not want to go back in to have him fix my drink because I had to be somewhere, but the worker doesn't even know what he's doing. This place is in a Walmart too, so I would recommend going to an actual Dunkin building establishment and maybe they'll make your drink correctly.

  Great customer service, super fast and helpful. Yes the location still doesn’t have donuts but it’s fairly new, I can imagine the donuts will come soon.
