- EOEdson C. (OMGEDSON)Apr 23, 20261.0We recently moved to the area and started frequenting this location. At first everything was great and the staff were kind and upbeat and friendly. Then came a pretty large ship of people and a wave of times where we came in and there was only one person working. I understand the difficulties of staffing a location, what I don't understand is a comfort level by management to hire people that act like life is over and don't even greet you. I've made it a game to see how long I can wake the awkward silence once I get to the register. I just stand there. I stare at the menu I stare at the donuts. When long is long enough I give in and place an order, only for three of the four revolving staff members to never know what I order every single time (almost daily), and for me to constantly point out where the donut I asked for is on the shelf, and for them to hunt endlessly for the damn matcha button which is a drink. They highlight absolutely all over the menu boards. I don't want to give in and give up, but I'm getting pretty tired of absolutely horrendous service here. Management, time to steer this ship, customers notice. Today I made sure to get the name of the team members I feel give amazing service EVERY SINGLE TIME: Kenzie & Daelyn Reward them.
- SSStoneMar 10, 20265.0I’ve been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for over 30 years and by far the donuts at this location, taste like the donuts that used to be made in house at the early Dunkin’ Donuts stores. Absolutely delicious. If anybody knows if they make donuts on the premises, please let me know cause these are absolutely delicious and the customer service was stellar.
