- AWAmanda WilsonSep 25, 20261.0Ordered boxes of coffee online for pick up the next day. Showed up. No coffee. Was told they were out of boxes but do I want cups. I had an event in 1 hour for a large group. I wasn’t hauling cups of coffee downtown. On top of that, they won’t refund in store. I have to try to get my $54 back from corporate. They did the same thing to my daughter a couple of years ago. I should have learned the lesson then. Panera saved the day. Do yourself a favor and skip this dunkin and go anywhere else.

Instead we received a large vanilla espresso latte with Pumpkin, vanilla, and oat milk. All things never mentioned. The lady could not operate a computer, and was more confused than we were about the situation. Yet she took the order. We have had bad experiences in the past, but have remains silent. I think it is unacceptable to be in line for 25 Minutes, and not received my full order/incorrect order.

I originally order 2 glazed donuts, a lightly toasted croissant, and a pumpkin donut. Willam expressed they were out of donuts and suggested the donut holes instead. At this point I changed my order to 1 glazed donut, pumpkin donut holes, and the single lightly toasted croissant. At this point I changed my order, William patiently changed my order and recited it back to me. When I got to the window, he informed me that he gave me the pumpkin donut holes complimentary. I truly believe he gave them to me because Dunkin’ was sold out of the pumpkin donuts and this absolutely made my day! Thank you William for superb customer service and dedication, I will definitely return!
